1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BrewTech Solutions SDN. BHD. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

We provide IT solutions including but not limited to:

  • Mobile App Development
  • Web Applications
  • Custom Software Development
  • Web Services
  • SEO & Digital Marketing

3. Payment Terms

3.1. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.

3.2. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

3.3. Payment is required according to the agreed payment schedule in the service contract.

3.4. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

4.2. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp at +60 17-608 8410 with the following information:

  • Order/Invoice number
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund
  • Proof of payment

4.3. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

4.4. Custom development projects are non-refundable once development has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials, including source code, designs, and documentation, remain our property until final payment is received.

5.2. Upon full payment, clients receive agreed-upon usage rights as specified in the service contract.

5.3. Our company retains the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of project details
  • Ensure proper usage rights for provided materials

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service contract.

8.2. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

8.3. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
